For kids to best recognize feelings in themselves and others, they need to first have the words for those feelings. Lots of children might say they feel “good” or “bad” and miss other emotions in between.

As parents, we looked for fun ways to teach our children about emotions and feelings but couldn’t find anything that we felt worked like we wanted – let alone something beautiful and fun. So, we decided to make it ourselves!
